Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Eligibility

• Initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Final-sale or hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable.

How to start a return

• Email [email protected] with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return.
• We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.

Refunds

• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or mis-shipped.
• Allow 5–10 business days after we receive the item to process the refund.

Exchanges & defects

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
