We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
Eligibility
- Initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Final-sale or hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or mis-shipped.
- Allow 5–10 business days after we receive the item to process the refund.
Exchanges & defects
For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
